This is a new decaf offering from our supplier that comes from the La Miranda community in the state of Antioquia. Antioquia along with Narino makes up the majority of the coffees we purchase from Colombia mostly due to the amazing quality that both areas possess. This decaf uses a sugar cane alcohol process for decaffeination which tends to retain more of the true coffee character and brightness and less of the washed out flavors that are typical of most decafs.
