Good food Award finalist coffee 2026!

This coffee is a honey processed Pacamara varietal from our recent trip to El Salvador and our new partnership with Familia Diaz. This incredible family farms a mountainside in La Palma near the Honduras border. As a group they all grow shared varietals and contribute to community style lots. While they all own an individual farm plot this structure allows them to work as a sustainable family unit utilizing shared labor, drying beds and they share hired labor from the surrounding community. Not only is this forward thinking for future generations of Diaz family farmers but the quality of the coffee is exceptional and they pass on their immense skills as well to their children.
