Sourced from the Sierra Sur mountains south of Oaxaca de Juarez in the town of San Augustin Loxicha. Casimiro Garcia and his family have a 20 hectare farm where they produce some of the finest coffees in the region. This area is almost exclusively dominated by the Plumas coffee varietal which is an old offshoot of Typica that has been grown here since the 1950's. This coffee is complex and sweet with a boozy amaretto like quality.
